How much do you charge to manage my property?

It depends on the model. For short-term we charge a percentage of booking revenue; for long-term, a percentage of the monthly rent; and for property management, a fixed monthly fee based on property size and visit frequency. You get the exact figure in your proposal, with no fine print.

Can I still use my property if I rent it by the night?

Yes. Block any dates you want on the calendar and we schedule bookings around them.

How do you choose long-term tenants?

We verify identity, proof of income, previous rental references and history. We only present candidates who fit the profile, and the final decision is yours.

When and how do I get paid?

Every month you receive a detailed statement and a deposit of your net income to your account in Mexico or abroad.

What happens if something breaks?

We catch it and fix it with trusted vendors. Minor repairs are handled right away; for major ones we send you a quote and photos before authorizing any expense.

Does my property need to be furnished?

For vacation rentals, yes, and we advise you on what to upgrade to stand out. For long-term it can be furnished or unfurnished: we adjust the strategy and price.

Do you work with owners who live outside Mexico?

Yes. Everything is handled remotely, in English or Spanish, with monthly statements and deposits to accounts abroad.
